About Alpha Community Outreach
Alpha Community Outreach was founded on a simple belief: every person deserves a clear, supported pathway to a meaningful career, regardless of where they started.
Who we are
Alpha Community Outreach is a private student-recruitment agency. We are not a college and not a government agency: the programs on this site are delivered by our partner colleges, which decide admission and set tuition.
What we do
We provide personalized career guidance, community navigation, and professional mentorship for students across Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.
Our approach is practical, compassionate, and built around real people. We don't just point the way, we walk the path with you every step of the way.
How Alpha is paid
Our service is free to you. Alpha Community Outreach is a private student-recruitment agency. Partner colleges pay Alpha when a student we have helped enrolls.
Our values
The principles that drive everything we do.
- Compassion first: we understand that arriving in Canada or changing careers can be overwhelming. Every student is treated with the empathy and patience they deserve.
- Clear, honest guidance: we tell you plainly what each program involves, and that the partner college decides admission and sets tuition.
- Community driven: we believe in the power of community, and in support that continues after you enrol.
- Close to home: with offices in Toronto, Surrey, Calgary and Edmonton, we bring career guidance to communities in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta.
